PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Lake Musconetcong Regional Planning Board by Resolution adopted at their meeting on April 15, 2026 has awarded a contract to Lake Management Sciences, Inc. for Limnological Vegetation Assessment and Management Services without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, utilizing the extraordinary unspecifiable services exemption to public bidding set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii). The contract has been awarded for a term of one year for an amount not to exceed $80,000.
A copy of the authorizing resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk, 77 Main Street, Stanhope, NJ between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
